Please be informed that your presentation will be on 19th – 21st May 2014. (Monday – Wednesday). We are in the midst of preparing the schedule. You may start prepare your training report and attach with weekly log (with sign and stamp from company's supervisor). Failure to submit the report and weekly log upon request may affect your result.

Salam and Dear students,

Please be informed that there were several cases in the past found not achieving the industrial training objective.

Cases including bogus company, suspicious activities during working hours, task completed does not reflect the hours allocated (too simple), etc.

Students are to be warned not to take Industrial Training for granted. We are investigating few cases now, so please be aware.

Reminder to do weekly logs

Dear Students,
Please be reminded to do your weekly logs (follow the example at this site (under downloads page)).You should be as detail as possible in your logs and the hardcopy must be signed by your company supervisor and keep later to be Appendix for your final report. You can email the softcopy to your AA every 2 weeks or monthly (means 4 weekly logs zipped together) basis.

If you are on leave/medical leave, please also state in your weekly log and do inform your AA.

Keep close communication with your AA and please check with your AA or ITP coordinators if you have any problems during your training.

If there is no physical office,no signboard of company etc, please withdraw / reject the offer as the company doesn't meet our requirements. This is the prevent / protect you from working in inappropriate environment and can result in "F" grade for industrial training.

If you suspect anything amiss/fishy during your interview at the physical office(or no physical office), please report to your academic advisor immediately.

Dear students, Please be informed that you must make good decision to choose a company that can provide a good learning experience. There were cases in the past where students are looking for easy job and end up did not learning anything and consequentially failed.

Companies always appreciate the staff who take initiative doing something useful to the company. After spending almost two years in diploma, students themselves do not like other student who just wait until someone tell them what to do.

Remember that you are dealing with reality now and companies have certain expectation towards MMU student. So show them what you are capable of and do your best. What goes around comes around. After all, if you did good, the benefit will go to you.
